The College of Media at Al-Mustaqbal University organized a humanitarian visit to the Elderly Care Home in Babylon, with the participation of Dr. Abdul-Kadhim Mohammed Aswid and Assistant Lecturer Hamed Shaker Kareem, accompanied by a group of second-year students. This visit comes as part of the college’s ongoing efforts to strengthen community engagement and promote humanitarian values among students. During the visit, the delegation distributed food baskets containing essential items to the residents of the home, bringing joy to their hearts and helping meet part of their daily needs. The college’s faculty emphasized the importance of student involvement in community activities, noting that such initiatives foster the values of participation and generosity, while raising awareness of the importance of caring for and supporting the elderly. This visit reflects the College of Media’s commitment to supporting vulnerable groups in society and promoting the values of compassion and social solidarity.
