The staff and students of the Communication Technologies Department participated in Educational Guidance Week with the aim of supporting students and enhancing their academic and behavioral awareness. This participation was intended to facilitate the integration of new students into the university environment and provide them with the necessary information and guidance to handle academic requirements and daily challenges. The staff focused on offering direct guidance by answering students’ questions and explaining important academic procedures, while the participating students helped simplify and present the information in a practical way to their peers. Additionally, they encouraged interaction among students through educational and interactive activities that foster a sense of belonging to the department and the university. Thus, the participation became an opportunity to develop students’ communication and leadership skills, create a motivating environment, strengthen the relationship between staff and students, and reinforce the importance of educational guidance in achieving academic success.
