Under the patronage of the College of Health and Medical Technologies at Al-Mustaqbal University, the Department of Anesthesia Technology organized a distinctive promotional and introductory campaign in the Student Registration Hall on March 12, with the supervision and participation of Prof. Dr. Mohammed Abu Al-Saud, Dr. Walaa Nouri Majid, and Mr. Ali Qasim Jawad, along with a group of department students who contributed by providing explanations and responding to questions from new students. The campaign aimed to introduce the role of anesthesia technology within the healthcare system and the importance of qualified specialists in this field, in addition to clarifying academic and professional opportunities available to students as they choose their university path, highlighting the vital role of anesthesia technicians in operating rooms, intensive care units, and emergency services. This event comes in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 3: Good Health and Well-Being, which emphasizes improving the quality of healthcare and ensuring safe and effective medical services by preparing qualified personnel who contribute to advancing the health sector and supporting the community. The campaign witnessed broad interaction from students and numerous inquiries regarding the nature of the study and required skills, reflecting growing interest in the specialty and its pivotal role in modern medical services, while enhancing awareness of the significance of this major as a core pillar of the healthcare system.
