The Head of the Accounting Department at the College of Administrative Sciences – Al-Mustaqbal University, Assist. Prof. Ez Al-Deen Hassan, participated in a training course organized by the Measurement and Evaluation Unit in collaboration with the Continuing Education Center, entitled *“The Mechanism of Work in Examination Committees (Organizational, Technical, and Legal Aspects).”* The event was held under the patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi.
During his lecture, the Head of the Accounting Department addressed several key topics related to examination procedures, including:
* The organizational foundations of examination committee work
* Mechanisms for ensuring examination quality
* Ministerial regulations and instructions governing exam procedures
* The role of academic departments in creating an ideal examination environment for students
Assist. Prof. Ez Al-Deen Hassan emphasized the importance of standardizing examination procedures across colleges in alignment with the Ministry of Higher Education requirements and quality standards. He noted that collaborative work among committees contributes to smooth exam administration and ensures fairness for students.
The training course witnessed wide participation from academic assistants, heads and members of examination committees, and measurement and evaluation officers, who praised the value of the presented information and professional practices.
This participation comes as part of the ongoing efforts of the Accounting Department to enhance administrative and academic efficiency and support the continuous development of the educational process at Al-Mustaqbal University.
