The staff of the Department of Medical Biotechnology at the College of Science – Al-Mustaqbal University participated in an online workshop titled “Smart Work Environment Course.” The workshop aimed to enhance staff skills in dealing with modern work environments that rely on digital technologies. The workshop covered several key topics, including methods for developing work environments, improving productivity, and enhancing communication among work teams through smart systems. It also highlighted major digital applications used for task organization, time management, and professional performance development. This participation reflects the department’s commitment to improving the professional efficiency of its staff and keeping pace with technological advancement in a way that supports the educational and research processes at the university, contributing to its vision of excellence and innovation.
