Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, and the supervision of Asst. Prof. Dr. Furat Hamza Al-Sultani, Dean of the College of Science, along with the presence of the esteemed Head of the Forensic Evidence Department, The Forensic Evidence Department at the College of Science – Al-Mustaqbal University organized a scientific workshop in the Humanities Building – Second Floor – Hall 207, titled: “The Concept of Crime and Its Elements”, presented by Asst. Lecturer Raed Jawad Kazem. The workshop aimed to clarify the general concept of crime, explain its legal and objective elements, and highlight the most important criminological classifications used in investigation and analysis. It also included simplified applied examples that help enhance students’ practical understanding of criminal work. The event featured open scientific discussions between the lecturer and the students, addressing their questions and explaining how theoretical concepts can be linked to practical applications within forensic laboratories.
