Professor Dr. Akram Faraj Al-Rubaie, Head of the Department of Media at Al-Mustaqbal University, participated in the Eleventh International Conference of the Arab Association for Scientific Research and Communication Sciences, held at the Faculty of Media at the Lebanese University, by presenting his research entitled “The Challenges of Artificial Intelligence to the Human Mind in Engineering the Guidance of Communication and Media Users: Scientific Activity as a Model.” The research addressed the most prominent challenges posed by artificial intelligence technologies to the human mind, particularly with regard to mechanisms of influence and guidance in the fields of communication and media. It adopted scientific activity as a model to analyze these rapid transformations and their cognitive and media-related implications. The research presentation session witnessed active academic interaction from participants and researchers, given the importance and novelty of the topic and the insights it offers into understanding the future of digital media and the dimensions of artificial intelligence use. This participation comes within the efforts of Al-Mustaqbal University to strengthen its academic presence at international scientific conferences and to keep pace with the rapid developments in the fields of media and communication.
