The Department of Financial and Banking Sciences welcomed first-year students for the new academic year, in the presence of the Dean of the College, the Head of the Department, and a number of faculty members, as part of the department’s commitment to providing a supportive and motivating university environment for new students. The Dean of the College and the Head of the Department welcomed the students, wishing them success in their academic journey, and emphasizing the importance of adhering to university regulations and instructions, as well as striving to acquire the knowledge and academic skills that qualify them to excel in the fields of finance and banking. The meeting also included an introduction to the academic system and the department’s study plan, along with academic guidance aimed at helping students integrate into university life and build a successful academic and professional future. At the conclusion of the meeting, the students expressed their happiness with the warm reception, hoping that the new academic year would mark the beginning of achieving their academic aspirations.
