The Department of Dentistry held a scientific workshop entitled (TMJ disorder) today, Monday, 21/2/2022, through the (google meet) platform, in which the lecturer, Eng. Muhammad Ali Shaalan spoke about temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, which are conditions that affect the jaw joints and the surrounding muscles and ligaments. It can be caused by trauma, an incorrect bite, or arthritis. Common symptoms include jaw pain, headache, earache and facial pain.. The seminar was attended by the head of the department, Prof. Dr. Athraa Yahya Al-Hegazi , and all of the faculty and staff members.
