In line with the Sustainable Development Goals, the Department of Medical Biotechnology organized an awareness campaign entitled “Rationalizing Water Consumption” on the occasion of Water Week, with the participation and attendance of the department’s faculty members and second-year students. The campaign aimed to raise awareness about the importance of conserving water resources and rationalizing their consumption, highlighting the role of individuals and educational institutions in reducing water waste. It also emphasized the vital importance of water in supporting public health and sustainable development, and promoted proper daily practices that contribute to environmental protection. This campaign is part of a series of awareness activities organized by the department, reaffirming its scientific and community role in supporting the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 6: Clean Water and Sanitation.
