Under the patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Science, Assistant Professor Dr. Furat Hamza Al-Sultani, and the supervision of the Head of the Department of Artificial Intelligence, Dr. Ahmed Adnan Al-Muhanna, the Department of Artificial Intelligence organized a scientific workshop entitled: “NumPy in Python” The workshop was presented by Assistant Lecturer Hadi Salah and Soha Ali, on Wednesday, 17/12/2025, at 10:30 a.m., at the Medical Building. The workshop addressed an introduction to the NumPy library and its importance in the Python programming language, highlighting its role in efficiently processing arrays and numerical data. It also reviewed the most important functions and practical applications used in the fields of data analysis and artificial intelligence. In addition, the workshop emphasized how NumPy can be utilized to accelerate computational operations and build a solid programming foundation for scientific and research applications. The workshop witnessed notable interaction from students and contributed to enhancing their programming skills and supporting the practical aspect of the Artificial Intelligence specialization.
