As part of efforts to develop academic work and enhance examination management mechanisms, the examination committee staff of the Department of Biology participated in a specialized ministerial workshop on the instructions of the examination committee within the SIS system. The workshop provided a detailed explanation of the student transfer procedures within the system, as well as the steps for entering and updating students’ grades in a manner that ensures the accuracy and integrity of academic data. It also addressed the differences between the master sheet in the annual system and the semester system, clarifying how to handle each system in accordance with the approved ministerial instructions. The workshop aimed to unify examination procedures and improve administrative and technical performance, contributing to transparency and accuracy in managing student academic affairs.
