Assistant Lecturer Shahad Mahmoud Mohammed has obtained the TOT Certificate for completing the Trainer of Trainers course, following her active participation in the training program was organized by the Iraqi Engineers Union – Al-Diwaniyah Branch in cooperation with Al-Qadisiyah Center for Development and Training, where she achieved third place among the participants. The course covered advanced topics in training skills, presentation techniques, effective communication, and training package development, contributing to the enhancement of training capabilities and the professional competence of academic staff. This achievement reflects her commitment to developing professional and academic skills and keeping up with modern training requirements, positively impacting the educational and academic process the university
