In alignment with the University’s commitment to sustainability and in support of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation), the Department of Aesthetic and Laser Technologies, College of Health and Medical Technologies, University of Al-Mustaqbal, organized an awareness workshop entitled “The Role of the Department of Aesthetic and Laser Technologies in Promoting Water Conservation Culture.”
The workshop aimed to emphasize the importance of rational water use in laboratories and aesthetic clinics, and to highlight the role of modern aesthetic and laser technologies in reducing water consumption and minimizing waste, thereby enhancing sustainable professional practices within the health and aesthetic fields.
The workshop covered several scientific and practical topics, including strategies to reduce water usage during aesthetic procedures, the adoption of efficient sterilization techniques, and the promotion of environmentally responsible behaviors among students, academic staff, and technical personnel.
The event witnessed positive engagement from participants, reflecting the relevance and practical value of the topics presented in raising environmental awareness and professional responsibility.
