During the conference sessions, Dr. Ali Shaker Majdi, Dean of the College of Engineering, delivered a speech on behalf of the University President, emphasizing the importance of scientific research in supporting medical innovation and enhancing integration between health and technological sectors to achieve sustainable development goals. The conference was held under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, represented by Professor Dr. Salah Al-Fatlawi, Head of the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority, and attended by Professor Dr. Maysar Al-Abadi, Cultural Attaché in Ankara, in addition to Dr. Ibrahim Aydin, President of Istanbul Aydin University, and Dr. Hassan Latif Al-Zubaidi, President of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University. The university delegation was headed by Dr. Zahraa Halim Al-Qaim, Dean of the College of Health and Medical Technologies, and included: • Dr. Fatima Hashim, Head of the Department of Beauty and Laser Technologies • Dr. Ameer Muzhir Hadi, Representative of Scientific Affairs • Mr. Haider Mohammed Nasser, Administrative Director • Engineer Hawraa Halim, Activities Coordinator The conference witnessed a distinguished scientific contribution, with the presentation of 172 research papers in the fields of modern health technologies, artificial intelligence, digital applications, and medical industries and devices, aiming to translate scientific research outcomes into practical applications that serve the healthcare sector and support economic development. Throughout the conference, expertise exchange and scientific cooperation among researchers and international institutions were enhanced, contributing to the achievement of sustainable development goals, particularly in health, well-being, and quality education. At the conclusion of the conference, several academic figures, researchers, and supporting institutions were honored in recognition of their active roles and valuable contributions to the success of this significant scientific event, reflecting the University of Al-Mustaqbal’s vision to be a hub of scientific and technological excellence and a source of innovation in the health and medical industries.
