As part of the scientific and student activities, the Department of Medical Biotechnology Techniques organized a student workshop entitled “Selection of the ABO System for Blood Group Determination” for third-stage students of the department. The workshop was delivered by Asst. Prof. Dr. Mohammed Zuhair Naji, with the participation of Lecturer Asst. Hawraa Ayed Ali. The workshop focused on the theoretical and practical aspects of the ABO blood group system and its importance in medical and diagnostic fields, highlighting accurate methods for blood group determination in medical laboratories. The workshop witnessed active interaction from the students and contributed to enhancing their scientific knowledge and developing their practical skills in support of their academic and professional careers.
