The Department of Anesthesia Techniques organized an educational activity under the slogan “Accuracy Today… Patient Safety Tomorrow” on 13/12/2025, supervised by Dr. Amasi Falah Jabar, within the framework of supporting Sustainable Development Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being. During the activity, students were asked: “What is the most dangerous thing that could happen if a small piece of information in anesthesia is overlooked?” The discussion covered doses, monitoring, oxygenation, and vital signs. A key point was also highlighted regarding the connection between study and professional practice: every formula or dose learned today could be applied in the operating room, and errors in anesthesia are not easily corrected. Exams were emphasized as training for concentration under pressure and decision-making. As a motivational conclusion, students were asked about the most important skill they need to master before graduation. They were guided to exert effort for excellence and success, emphasizing that patient safety is part of their academic effort and a responsibility entrusted to them. It was stressed that accuracy begins in the classroom and ends with patient safety. Al-Mustaqbal University The First University in Iraq
