The Head of the Department, Professor Dr. Mehdi Ebady Manaa, participated in the peer-review process of scientific research papers as part of the proceedings of the Third International Conference on Intelligent Informatics Innovations, Networks, and Cybersecurity (3INC’25), which was held at University of Babylon on 15–16 December 2025. This participation was carried out within the scientific review committees of the conference, where he contributed to the evaluation of three specialized scientific research papers in the fields of computer science, networks, and cybersecurity technologies. This reflects his active academic role and scientific expertise in supporting the quality and rigor of scholarly research. The conference was organized by the College of Information Technology at the University of Babylon and was sponsored by the international publisher Springer, which grants the accepted papers distinguished academic value and broad international dissemination. This participation underscores the growing scientific presence of Iraqi universities and their academic competencies in international forums, and reinforces their role in advancing scientific research and keeping pace with modern developments in intelligent technologies and cybersecurity.
