The Intelligent Medical Systems Department at the College of Science organized an awareness activity entitled “Our University Flourishes Through Diversity”, as part of its efforts to promote human values and reinforce the principles of equality and diversity within the university environment. The activity aimed to raise awareness of the concept of equality as providing fair access to opportunities and resources for all individuals while taking into account different needs, as well as to highlight the importance of cultural diversity and the recognition of multiple cultures, experiences, and perspectives as a source of strength, creativity, and innovation within the academic community. The activity focused on several key objectives, including: Enhancing mutual understanding among students from diverse backgrounds. Raising awareness of students’ rights and responsibilities toward others. Combating all forms of discrimination, whether racial, religious, social, or gender-based. Building a cohesive university community based on mutual respect and human dignity. The activity witnessed positive interaction from students, contributing to the promotion of a culture of dialogue and acceptance. It also reflected the commitment of the College of Science and the Intelligent Medical Systems Department to supporting awareness activities that help create a safe and inclusive educational environment grounded in noble human values.
