Under the patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Science, Assistant Professor Dr. Furat Hamza Al-Sultani, and the Head of the Department of Artificial Intelligence, Dr. Ahmed Al-Muhanna, Al-Mustaqbal University organized, prepared, and published students’ seating plans in the halls of the Medical Building as part of the organizational preparations for the examination period. This step aims to ensure the smooth flow of the examination process by accurately distributing students inside the examination halls in accordance with approved regulations and instructions, contributing to reducing congestion and facilitating students’ access to their assigned seats with ease. This task was carried out by Assistant Lecturer Samar Hussein and Assistant Lecturer Aya Mohammed, reflecting a high level of commitment and cooperation in performing administrative and academic duties. Al-Mustaqbal University affirms its continuous commitment to implementing all necessary organizational measures to support students and provide an appropriate examination environment, wishing all students success and excellence in their academic journey.
