“Modern Irrigation Methods and Techniques for Water Conservation”** The staff of the Building and Construction Engineering Technology Department participated in the scientific workshop organized by the Dean of the College of Engineering Technologies, entitled “Modern Irrigation Methods and Techniques for Water Conservation”, as part of efforts to promote rational water use and support sustainability concepts. The workshop addressed the most important modern irrigation techniques, including drip irrigation, sprinkler irrigation, and smart irrigation systems based on automated control, highlighting their role in reducing water waste and improving water-use efficiency, especially in light of climate change challenges and water scarcity. The workshop witnessed positive interaction from the participants, who emphasized the importance of adopting these technologies in agricultural and construction projects, and benefiting from them in supporting sustainable development plans and conserving water resources.
