The Department of Physics organized an educational scientific workshop entitled “First Aid and Injection Techniques” for the department’s students, aiming to enhance their basic knowledge of emergency medical procedures and develop their practical skills in dealing with simple emergency cases. The workshop included both theoretical and practical explanations of first aid principles, proper response to situations such as wounds, bleeding, and fainting, as well as an introduction to injection techniques, types of injections, and safety and sterilization measures to reduce health risks. The workshop witnessed active participation from students through questions and hands-on practice, which contributed to reinforcing the information and raising their level of health awareness. This workshop comes as part of a series of scientific activities organized by the department to support the practical and humanitarian aspects of students’ education and to prepare them to act confidently and responsibly in emergency situations.
