The meeting falls within the college’s comprehensive plan to ensure maximum transparency and efficiency in exam administration, fully aligned with ministry regulations and university guidelines. The Dean opened the session by commending the scientific and administrative teams for upgrading the college’s technological backbone and enriching the question bank, stressing the critical role of e-platforms in exam delivery and monitoring.

Digital Platform Readiness: Verifying network stability and capacity, and training invigilators on the e-exam interface.
Question Bank Review: Establishing a dedicated committee to ensure question diversity, accuracy, and alignment with learning outcomes.
E-Grading Mechanisms: Enhancing the automated grading system for speed and accuracy, with clear quality control standards.
