The second- and third-stage students of the Department of Anesthesia Techniques / College of Health and Medical Technologies have successfully completed their summer training program, which was conducted in several hospitals and medical centers, including Marjan Hospital, Al-Hilla Surgical Hospital, and Al-Imam Al-Sadiq Teaching Hospital.
The training period included practical applications of the theoretical knowledge acquired during the academic year, in addition to gaining valuable field experience in real healthcare environments under the supervision of senior anesthesiologists and medical specialists.
At the conclusion of the training, The evaluation forms and reports were received from the accredited hospitals by the Summer Training Committee in the Department of Anesthesia Techniques. These forms included assessments of the students’ performance in terms of professional conduct, technical skills, patient interaction, and the operation of medical equipment ,It is worth mentioning that this training program aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being, by preparing qualified medical professionals who contribute to improving the quality of healthcare services and enhancing patient safety.
The Head of the Department of Anesthesia Techniques expressed appreciation to the hospital medical staff for their cooperation and active role in preparing academically qualified students with professional competence, wishing all students continued success in their academic journey.
