The graduation projects of fourth-year students were discussed in the presence of the Dean of the College of Engineering and Engineering Technologies, Assistant Professor Dr. Azher Mohsen Abd, along with the Head of the Power Mechanics Engineering Technologies Department, Professor Dr. Qusay Rasheed Abdul Ameer, and a group of the department’s faculty members.
The discussions featured a presentation of a number of outstanding projects that addressed innovative solutions in the fields of refrigeration and air conditioning, using modern technologies that take into account energy efficiency and environmental sustainability. The Dean praised the great efforts made by the students and their professors in preparing these projects, emphasizing the importance of linking academic knowledge with practical applications that serve the local market and keep pace with global developments.
He also expressed his pride in the high academic level demonstrated by the students, calling for continued support for projects that contribute to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals, especially in the fields of clean energy and the efficiency of thermal systems.
