A group of students from Al-Mustaqbal University – Department of Media – visited the Iraqi Media Network in Babylon, accompanied by Asst. Prof. Dr. Hamza Abis Abd Al-Sada and Mr. Abdul-Kadhim Mohammed Aswed. This visit is part of a series of activities organized by Al-Mustaqbal University to connect students with the professional field, preparing them to enter the media job market with advanced knowledge and practical skills, and to familiarize them with how media institutions operate in news production.
The network’s officials provided a detailed explanation of the workflow in the news, television production, and radio production departments, in addition to showcasing the latest technologies used in the media sector. The visit also included a tour of the live broadcast studios, where students had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in preparing media reports and interacting with journalists.
The network’s management emphasized the importance of such initiatives in supporting the next generation of media professionals, highlighting the media’s role in conveying truth and raising public awareness. The students expressed their happiness with the visit, considering it a valuable experience that added important practical aspects to their academic
