The Media Department at the College of Arts, Al-Mustaqbal University, organized a field activity for first-year students, consisting of a field visit to Al-Mustaqbal University Radio Station. The visit was supervised by: Assistant Lecturer Saif Al-Din Al-Shams, Assistant Lecturer Abdulrahman Abbas Abdulrahman, Assistant Lecturer Haider Abu Khumas Qasmah, and Mr. Musaddiq Abdul-Amir.
The purpose of the visit was to introduce students to the media and technical work environment inside the radio station, providing them with firsthand knowledge of the processes involved in preparing radio programs, directing, sound engineering, and live broadcasting. The students expressed great enthusiasm for this educational experience, emphasizing the importance of linking theoretical knowledge with practical application in their academic journey.
This initiative comes as part of the department’s efforts to equip students with field skills and strengthen their understanding of the fundamentals of media work within modern media institutions.
