a scientific activity was organized by faculty members of the Department of Building and Construction Engineering Technologies (Lect. Israa Mohsen Kadhem and Lect. Alaa Hussein Abdul Ameer) for third-year students.
The workshop on Project Management addressed a range of vital topics, including planning and execution tools and software such as Trello and Asana, enabling participants to efficiently organize their tasks. The session also focused on risk analysis, where students learned how to identify, assess, and develop mitigation strategies for various risks.
Additionally, the workshop covered resource management, presenting methods for planning and allocating human and material resources to ensure optimal efficiency. Through hands-on activities and real-world applications, students were able to practically apply these tools in their projects.
The workshop ultimately aimed to enhance the participants’ skills and improve the success rate of their future projects.
