The Department of Fuel and Energy Engineering at Al-Mustaqbal University Organizes an Environmental Activity for Seedling Planting in Cooperation with the Women's Affairs Unit and the Women's Division at the University Presidency
Within the framework of the Ministry of Higher Education's plan to enhance the role of women in addressing climate change, the department organized an environmental activity for planting seedlings inside the university campus, with active participation from female staff and students, in cooperation with the Women's Affairs Unit and the Women's Division at the university presidency.
The activity involved Lecturer Zahraa Salah Hadi, Lecturer Shahd Ammar Hatem, Lecturer Maryam Ghassan Ghafar, and Engineer Norhan Thamer Asi, emphasizing the important role of women in environmental protection and raising awareness about the significance of afforestation as a means of adapting to climate change.
The organizers affirmed their commitment to continuing environmental initiatives and supporting the integration of women in scientific and environmental fields.
