Al-Mustaqbal University celebrated the Iraqi National Day, which falls on October 1st, in an atmosphere filled with national pride and a deep sense of belonging to Iraq’s rich heritage and identity.
The celebration took place on the university campus in the presence of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, a number of college deans, faculty members, administrative staff, and students. The event reflected the spirit of unity and patriotism shared by all members of the university community.
The program included a variety of cultural and artistic activities, featuring patriotic speeches and songs that expressed love for Iraq and pride in its history. Students also presented artistic performances showcasing Iraq’s cultural diversity and traditions, alongside a mini art exhibition displaying paintings and handmade crafts symbolizing the nation’s resilience and heritage.
In his speech, the University President emphasized that celebrating the National Day is a renewal of commitment to serving and building Iraq, highlighting the vital role of youth and students in shaping the country’s future through knowledge, creativity, and innovation.
This celebration comes as part of the university’s ongoing national and community engagement initiatives, aimed at strengthening values of citizenship, unity, and pride among students and staff.
