almustaqbal University is steadily moving toward globalization as it prepares to host the EURAS Academy International Forum next October. This major academic event, under the direction of the university's president, Professor Hassan Shaker Magdy, aims to strengthen the university's international standing and expand academic cooperation.
As part of the ongoing preparations, the university recently participated in a virtual meeting with the Secretariat of the Eurasian Universities Association (EURAS) Board of Directors. The university was represented at the meeting by Professor Muzaffar Sadiq Al-Zuhairi, Director of Scientific and Academic Supervision, and Dr. Samir Badrawi, Director of Cultural Relations, where coordination took place regarding the organizational and scientific aspects of the summit.
EURAS is an international non-profit organization comprising more than 150 universities and academic institutions from Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, and almustaqbal University is an active member of its Board of Directors.
The two-day forum will bring together representatives from European and Asian universities, as well as a large number of Iraqi universities, government officials, and decision-makers. Its sessions will focus on vital topics in the higher education sector, such as:
