As part of ongoing preparations to ensure the success of the upcoming final examinations, the Examination Committee at the English Language Department – College of Education, Al-Mustaqbal University held a coordination meeting with the presence of the department head and committee members to review key administrative and logistical arrangements.
The meeting focused on several key topics, including the preparation of exam halls and scheduling, organizing the flow and seating of students, and the continued implementation of the Bubble Sheet system for certain subjects—reflecting the department's commitment to advancing academic assessment tools.
Committee members also discussed procedures to safeguard the confidentiality of exam materials, protocols for the secure handover and review of answer sheets, and the role of supporting committees in providing full logistical assistance to ensure a well-organized and safe examination environment.
This meeting reflects the department’s broader commitment to supporting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly:
• Goal 4: Quality Education – by ensuring fair and well-structured examinations that uphold educational standards.
• Goal 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions – by promoting transparency, academic integrity, and effective governance in the examination process.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the attendees reaffirmed their commitment to providing all necessary resources to ensure the successful implementation of final exams and a fair academic experience for all students.
