Achievements and successes continue at Future University. The University President, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Magdy, announced that the university has obtained an advanced position in the Iraqi classification of universities for the year 2023, as it came in second place out of fifty-eight universities that competed in this classification.
His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the respected Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, appreciated this achievement by presenting a certificate of excellence to the university, which was received by the President of the University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Magdy. His Excellency the Minister praised the university’s distinction among its counterparts in institutional performance and effective scientific efforts in competing and achieving the desired level in University education environment and improving areas of academic development.
It is worth noting that the Iraqi national classification adopted by the Ministry is based on several indicators, including institutional accreditation standards, international classifications, the effectiveness of scientific research, the university’s activity in serving the community, digital transformation, and teaching efficiency, as well as other indicators related to professors, students, infrastructure, international cooperation, and the adoption of occupational health and safety standards.
Mr. President of the University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Magdy, congratulated all the university’s employees and students on this qualitative achievement, stressing at the same time the necessity of uniting the efforts of all professors, affiliates, and students to achieve the best levels of performance in all aspects of work, in a way that enhances the educational process and enhances the university’s reputation in all local scientific forums.
