In order to achieve the fourth goal of the Sustainable Development Goals, a scientific workshop was held entitled:
"Learning English in the Digital Age: The Role of Social Media"
Presented by the Assist Lect, Muhammad Younis Jassim, where the pivotal role of social media platforms in learning the English language and developing language skills was highlighted.
The workshop addressed how to transform social media from entertainment platforms into effective educational tools, by interacting with educational content, following native speakers, and engaging in global educational communities, which enhances listening, speaking and writing skills in a practical and interactive way
