Introduction
Soft drinks are among the most popular beverages consumed worldwide, especially by younger generations. While they are easily accessible and often enjoyed for their taste and refreshment, numerous studies have shown that regular consumption of soft drinks can have harmful effects on human health. Fortunately, with the rise of modern technology, new tools and platforms have emerged that can effectively spread awareness and promote healthier habits.
1. Health Hazards of Soft Drinks
1.1 Weight Gain and Obesity: Soft drinks are high in sugars and provide little to no nutritional value. Frequent consumption contributes to weight gain and increases the risk of obesity (Malik et al., 2010).

Conclusion
