Abstract:
Laser, an acronym for Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation, is a powerful technology that has revolutionized various scientific and industrial fields. Due to its high intensity, coherence, and directionality, laser beams are used in a wide range of applications including medicine, communication, manufacturing, military, and scientific research.

Introduction:
Lasers generate light through the process of stimulated emission, producing a narrow and focused beam. This unique property makes lasers suitable for precision tasks where traditional light sources fail.

Applications:

Medical Field:
Lasers are widely used in surgeries (especially eye and dermatological surgeries), cancer therapy, and dental treatments. Low-level laser therapy (LLLT) is used for pain relief and tissue regeneration.

Telecommunications:
Fiber-optic communication systems use laser beams to transmit data over long distances with minimal loss and high speed.

Industry and Manufacturing:
Lasers are used for cutting, welding, engraving, and material processing due to their precision and control.
