he Department of Prosthetics and Orthotics Engineering at the College of Engineering and Engineering Technologies organized an introductory lecture for first-year students, focusing on the Student Information System (SIS) — the electronic platform officially accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for managing students’ academic and administrative affairs.

The lecture provided a detailed explanation of how to use the system, including logging in, course registration, viewing class schedules and grades, as well as submitting electronic requests and tracking academic status.

The organizers emphasized that this activity is part of the department’s efforts to familiarize new students with officially adopted digital university systems, aiming to streamline their academic journey and enhance their engagement with college and university processes.

Representatives from the Registration Unit and the IT Unit participated in delivering the lecture, which was met with strong interaction and interest from the students.
