At the conclusion of the Third Sustainability Week at Al-Mustaqbal University, the College of Education, in collaboration with the English Language Department, honored a group of outstanding students for their active contributions to the success of the department’s activities and exhibitions throughout the week. The recognition came in appreciation of their voluntary efforts and creative participation, which reflected a strong spirit of collaboration and academic awareness.
The ceremony was attended by Professor Dr. Ahmed Rawdan, Dean of the College of Education, and Dr. Salam Hassan Maki Al-Asadi, Head of the English Language Department, along with several faculty members. Certificates of appreciation were awarded to students who helped organize the department’s exhibition booth, participated in workshops, and contributed to the cultural and academic events held during the week.
In his remarks, the Dean praised the students’ initiative and commitment, emphasizing that their engagement reflects the university’s mission to empower student leadership and promote sustainable development.
This recognition aligns with the university’s commitment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly:
