In alignment with the third goal of the Sustainable Development Goals — Good Health and Well-being — and within the framework of continuous supervision of summer training students, Assistant Lecturer Ibrahim Saad Abdul-Kadhim conducted a field visit to Al-Diwaniyah Teaching Hospital today, July 22, 2025, to follow up on the training progress of the Optics Techniques Department students.
The purpose of the visit was to assess the level of student engagement within the clinical environment and to ensure that they are gaining valuable practical experience offered by the hospital. The visit also included discussions with the hospital staff regarding ways to enhance the quality of training and to achieve the intended educational and professional outcomes.
The department administration emphasizes the importance of such visits in supporting students and overcoming any challenges they may face during their training period, ensuring the preparation of qualified professionals who contribute to the advancement of the healthcare sector.
