As part of ongoing efforts to enhance digital transformation and develop virtual learning environments, Prof. Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, received Mr. Saleh Saad Saleh, Director of the E-Training and Development Platform at the Office of the Deputy Minister for Scientific Research Affairs, Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed prospects for joint cooperation in the areas of electronic training and development. They also reviewed mechanisms for improving the work of e-learning platforms and the “Higher Education Studio,” in alignment with global trends toward digital and virtual university education.
Both parties emphasized the importance of strengthening digital infrastructure in Iraqi universities and expanding e-training initiatives to support the skills of both students and faculty, while keeping pace with global technological advancements.
This visit comes within the Ministry’s broader initiative to collaborate with pioneering universities in digital innovation. Al-Mustaqbal University stands out as a leading model in technical modernization and its ongoing commitment to advancing educational environments, in line with national policies aimed at improving the quality of higher education in Iraq.
