As part of the College of Administrative Sciences at University of the Future’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its digital presence and enhance its websites as interactive platforms serving students and showcasing academic activities, the college’s website coordinators held a coordination meeting to discuss ways to improve the quality, accuracy, and diversity of published content.
The meeting brought together:
Asst. Lecturer Ahmed Mohammed Al-Dulaimi – Coordinator of the College Dean’s Website
Asst. Lecturer Karrar Hassan Dinar – Coordinator of the Department of Business Administration Website
Ms. Hawraa – Coordinator of the Department of Accounting Website
Asst. Lecturer Ghadir Haider – Coordinator of the Department of Finance and Banking Sciences Website
During the meeting, participants discussed the importance of increasing the number and accuracy of news posts, especially in conjunction with the admission and registration period for new students, emphasizing how each departmental website can assist students in understanding the nature and objectives of each academic program, thus helping them make informed choices.
The discussion also highlighted the need to enrich the websites with academic and cultural articles, urging each faculty member to contribute at least one article within their area of specialization, to be published in both Arabic and English—promoting academic exchange and international visibility.
Moreover, the coordinators underscored the importance of regularly reviewing and updating faculty members’ profiles to reflect their academic achievements and professional activities accurately.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Asst. Lecturer Ahmed Mohammed Al-Dulaimi, the Dean’s Website Coordinator, provided a set of technical notes and guidance for the departmental website coordinators, aiming to enhance performance and ensure alignment with the university’s vision for digital transformation and effective academic communication.
