As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance academic cooperation and engage with Arab and international universities, Al-Mustaqbal University has signed a scientific and academic partnership agreement with Morocco’s Ibn Tofail University. This took place during their participation in the Global Sustainable Development Congress (GSDC 2025), organized by Times Higher Education in Istanbul, Turkey.
The agreement aims to strengthen collaboration between the two universities in various fields, including the exchange of academic and research expertise, implementation of joint programs in renewable energy, sustainability, and digital transformation. It also supports student and academic exchange, expands participation in developmental and research projects, and fosters joint scientific publishing, as well as the organization of conferences and academic seminars.
The agreement was signed in the presence of Al-Mustaqbal University’s official delegation participating in the congress, headed by Professor Azhar Mohsen Abd, Dean of the College of Engineering and Engineering Technologies, in a constructive academic atmosphere that reflects the depth of relations between the two institutions and their desire to build a long-term strategic partnership.
Both parties affirmed that this agreement represents the beginning of effective cooperation that will benefit students and researchers, enhance the quality of higher education in the Arab world, and align with the goals of sustainable development.
This initiative is part of Al-Mustaqbal University’s strategy to expand its regional and international partnership network, enhance its global academic presence, and affirm its role as a leading institution in education, scientific research, and development.
