As part of the summer training program, Assistant Lecturer Abbas Abdul-Hussein Hassan began supervising the nursing students of Al-Mustaqbal University during their clinical placement at Al-Batool Private Hospital in Najaf. The training aims to enhance students' clinical skills and enable them to apply their theoretical knowledge in a real-world healthcare environment.
The program covers various hospital departments, providing students with the opportunity for direct patient interaction and exposure to daily nursing operations under the close supervision of the university’s academic staff.
This initiative is a key component of the college's strategy to bridge academic education with clinical practice, and to prepare qualified nursing professionals for the healthcare job market in accordance with recognized professional and medical standards.
