In an effort to enhance academic and research cooperation among educational institutions, the Department of Archaeology in the College of Arts and Humanities at Al‑Mustaqbal University signed a joint scientific cooperation agreement with the Department of Archaeology at Al‑Qadisiyah University on Monday, January 20, 2025.

Al‑Mustaqbal University was represented at the signing by Prof. Dr. Hussein Wahid Aziz, Dean of the College of Arts and Humanities, while Al‑Qadisiyah University was represented by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rajwan Faisal Al-Mayali, Dean of the Department of Archaeology.

This agreement aims to elevate the scientific, academic, and research standards of both parties, thereby contributing to the development of archaeological studies and the enhancement of joint scientific research, in addition to fostering the exchange of expertise and knowledge in this vital field.

This step is regarded as a significant addition to Al‑Mustaqbal University’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its scientific partnerships with leading universities and academic institutions.
