As part of his ongoing commitment to ensuring the smooth operation of academic and administrative processes, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, conducted an inspection tour that included several examination committee locations across the university’s colleges. He was accompanied by the Scientific Assistant, Asst. Prof. Dr. Abbas Al-Bawi.
During the tour, the President reviewed the workflow of the examination committees and the progress of graduate documentation procedures. He praised the tremendous efforts made by the committees despite the challenging weather conditions and high temperatures, emphasizing their dedication to completing tasks with accuracy and high efficiency.
Prof. Dr. Majdi stressed the importance of adhering to the highest standards of quality in recording results and preparing student records, highlighting the critical nature of this stage in securing the academic and professional future of the graduates. He also called for strengthening the spirit of cooperation and teamwork among staff.
This visit comes as part of a series of field inspections conducted by the President, reaffirming his hands-on leadership approach and continuous support for the university’s operational teams.
