Under the patronage of the respected President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, a series of three online workshops was held from Monday, September 29, 2025, until Wednesday, October 1, 2025, to explain the process of uploading students’ data from previous academic years to the SIS system.

The workshops, conducted at 8:00 PM each day, witnessed the participation of Assistant University Presidents for Scientific Affairs, Registration Directors, Examination Committees from various departments and colleges, in addition to other relevant stakeholders.

The sessions covered the following topics:

Day 1 (29/9/2025): Annual System.

Day 2 (30/9/2025): Semester System.

Day 3 (1/10/2025): Credit Hour & Bologna Process System.

Participants emphasized that these workshops significantly contributed to enhancing the efficiency of academic staff in handling digital systems and supported the ongoing digital transformation efforts in higher education.

This initiative aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):

Goal 4: Quality Education – by improving the quality of educational data management.

Goal 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure – through the adoption of advanced digital systems.
