Today, the Deanery of the College of Engineering and Engineering Technologies at our university welcomed a delegation from the Iranian University of Science and Technology, as part of efforts to strengthen academic ties and expand the scope of joint scientific cooperation. The visiting delegation was received by Dr. Azhar Mohsen Abd (Associate Professor and Dean of the College), Prof. Qusay Rasheed Abdul Ameer (Head of the Department of Power Mechanics Technologies Engineering), Prof. Sulwan Obeid Waheed (Director of the Future Energy Research Center), and Dr. Alaa Mohammed Hussein (Director of the Summer Training Unit).
The meeting included discussions on mechanisms for activating cooperation in several vital areas, foremost among them the summer training programs for students of both universities, and the implementation of the cooperation agreement concerning joint scientific conferences and research collaboration.
This meeting reflects our university's continuous commitment to building strategic partnerships with prestigious international academic institutions, with the aim of enhancing the exchange of academic expertise, advancing scientific research, and providing high-quality training opportunities for our students in line with labor market demands.
