Al-Mustaqbal University Expands Its Global Partnerships with an Agreement with the Bucharest University of Economic Studies
Al-Mustaqbal University recently signed a memorandum of understanding with the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE)—one of the leading Romanian universities in Southeast Europe. Founded in 1913, ASE comprises 11 faculties and is ranked first in Romania in the fields of economics and business administration, according to Times Higher Education. The university is renowned for its extensive academic and research exchange opportunities.

Prof. Dr. Fares Mahdi – Director of Private Universities Affairs

The objectives of the agreement include:
Enhancing joint research capabilities in economics and management
Facilitating faculty and student exchange programs
Launching short-term educational initiatives and summer training opportunities
Organizing joint academic activities to foster skill development and institutional growth
The university president stated that this partnership aligns with Al-Mustaqbal University’s policy to expand its international alliances in order to foster an academic and research environment that contributes to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially Goal 4: Quality Education.
It is worth mentioning that the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE) is the largest institute for economic education in Romania and Southeast Europe. It currently consists of 13 faculties and has evolved into a leading public university with a strong focus on scientific research and internationalization.
