In order to strengthen communication, Professor Dr. Walaa Louay Al-Falluji, Dean of the College of Medicine at Almustaqbal University, held an interactive meeting with second-year students of the college on the occasion of the start of the new academic year.

The meeting opened with a welcoming speech by the Dean, in which he expressed his pleasure at reconnecting with the students and affirmed the College’s commitment to providing a supportive and motivating educational environment that fosters academic excellence.

The Dean listened to students’ inputs, which included comments and suggestions regarding academic courses, academic support, and student activities. The aim was to address any obstacles that students may face during their academic journey through coordination with the concerned departments and administrations. He also stressed the importance of participating in scientific, research, and continuing medical education activities, considering them fundamental elements in shaping the academic identity of the future physician.

Dr. Al-Falluji also reviewed with the students some of the College’s developmental plans for the new academic year, particularly in educational infrastructure and laboratories. This meeting comes as part of the College’s efforts to strengthen bridges of trust and communication between the administration and the students, as well as to engage students in setting priorities for academic development within the College. It also represents a starting point for fruitful cooperation throughout the current academic year, ensuring the achievement of the highest standards of quality in medical education.
