Al-Mustaqbal University hosted the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s conference on the Digital Transformation and Automation Project, under the esteemed patronage of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, with the participation of high-ranking officials and academic representatives from the ministry and Iraqi public universities.

On behalf of the University Presidency, Prof. Dr. Muzafar Sadiq Al-Zuhairi, Director of Scientific and Academic Supervision, delivered the opening speech. He welcomed the distinguished attendees and emphasized the importance of the project in strengthening the digital infrastructure of academic institutions and advancing comprehensive digital transformation within Iraq’s higher education sector.

In his speech, Dr. Al-Zuhairi affirmed Al-Mustaqbal University’s commitment to supporting national strategies in digitalization and modernizing both academic and administrative systems. He highlighted that hosting this major scientific event reflects the university’s growing role in adapting to the demands of the current stage and its dedication to fostering an interactive, technology-driven learning environment.

The conference featured extensive discussions on mechanisms for implementing the digital transformation project across universities, shared successful case studies, and showcased presentations on automation phases and accompanying technical procedures, with the participation of experts and stakeholders in the field.
